Managing director-owner Kinga Incze founded Mrs. White Media Consulting Ltd. in the autumn of 2002. Project manager Szilvia Marton joined the company in the summer of 2008. Whenever a project demands other experts, Mrs. White employs well-qualified and highly experienced freelancers.
Who's Who at Mrs. White's?
Kinga Incze is the owner and managing director of Mrs. White Media Consulting Ltd. She studied psychology at the Lajos Kossuth University of Debrecen, and wrote her thesis in 1994 on the cognitive structure of the posters of classifieds in Népszabadság, a national daily. Her first employer was MODUS Market Research and Polling Co., where she worked as a market researcher. From 1995, she was media planner and buyer for the advertising agency Partners/WT. In 1997 she joined Universal McCann, where she was media planner until 1999, and subsequently media account director. Meanwhile, in 1998, she won the European Media Academy contest of Universal McCann, and was awarded a study trip to New York. From 1999 until May 2002, she was heading the media agency as media director. In 2002, she became managing director of Magna Global, a company founded by Hungarian media agencies (Universal McCann, Initiative Media and PanMedia) and owned by the Interpublic Group. After she left Universal McCann, she co-authored The Advertising Space with Anna Pénzes. The practical handbook not only became popular with the profession, but has been established as recommended or compulsory reading at several university courses in communication and economy. A reviewed and extended version of the book, The Advertising Space 2.0 appeared in 2006 In the autumn of 2002 she launched Mrs. White Media Consulting Ltd., which specializes in strategic business media consultancy. In addition to developing media sales policies, communication strategies and business development strategies, the company provides personalized media training. As managing director of Mrs. White, Kinga Incze participates at every major local conferences of the media business, and gives occasional lectures at universities. Her professional ars poetica reflects an innovative way of thinking: „Always a step ahead.”.
Szilvia Marton is the project manager of Mrs. White Media Consulting. She earned her diploma at the Internal Trade Faculty of the Budapest College of Economy, in 2005, with a thesis on the Hungarian market of makeup cosmetics. She was an intern at the Filmmúzeum Group in 2004, and went on to be its commercial and marketing director between the autumn of 2005 and January 2008. (During this time, the portfolio of the group included the television channels Filmmúzeum, TV Paprika and TV Deko, and the magazine TV Paprika.) Following a short stint in BTL at the Est Media Group, she joined Mrs. White in the summer of 2008, and is now its project manager.
